This Penthouse is in a fantastic location, on the top floor of a renovated building, a short walk to many sites, the river & other tourist attractions.

Upon arriving on the top floor, via the elevator to the 3rd floor, one is immediately drawn to the stone walls, wooden floors & large windows, which bathe the unit in the most amazing light. There are only two apartments on this floor.

This is an open plan kitchen, lounge & dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped, with designer cutlery and pans. Oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher & coffee machine etc… all there, all modern & all work flawlessly. There is a 6 seater dining room table.

There is a flat screen TV in the living area, with satellite channels. The unit is air- conditioned throughout, keeping things cool in summer & cosy in winter and there are also plenty of electrical outlets throughout the apartment.

There are 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds & blockout curtains, we offer percale linen 300 thread count & luxury pillows on the beds.

Mezzanine Sleeping - Please note that we have a mezzanine level with two single beds.

Outside on the balcony enjoy a view of a typical quaint Portuguese street.
