You can combine the privacy and tranquility of the villa with the energy and bustle of Nice, the sophistication of Cannes, the comfort of Antibes and the sumptuous grandeur of Monte Carlo. Any of these places can be easily reached by car in 30-45 min. The famous medieval villages of Saint-Paul de Vence and Tourette Sur Loup are literally at your feet as it will take you 10 minutes to get there. If you love nature and sports, we also have good news for you! At the end of our street the national park area begins and you can hike to the nearest mountains - Baou Blanc and Baou Noir and take a nice walk to the small waterfall.

If you are more sophisticated than the 5-star luxury hotel Château Saint-Martin, located a 3-minute drive from the Villa, you can enjoy exceptional gourmet cuisine in its Michelin-starred restaurant.

We also have a large heated salt pool (10x5 m) with terrace, parasol and sun loungers and a beautiful garden with olive trees, roses, lavender, lemon, cherry, fique, tangerine and herbs from Provence - rosemary, thyme, mint, etc.
