150 m2 duplex in the first line just few meters from the beach in Calao Salvaje. Mirador de la Gomera.
Our apartment is a two-level, 150-meter flat. From the common area, we enter the private inner terrace and from it to the house. On the ground floor, a large living room, separate, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom with shower. Exit to the terrace on the ocean side (the first line from the ocean). Only a pedestrian promenade (unpaved) and the ocean are in front of us. A beautiful view of la Gomera.
Upstairs- two bedrooms - matrimonial with one large bed and the other with two separate ones. Bathroom with a bathtub. Terrace from both bedrooms to the ocean. A wonderful place to sleep and rest.
From early morning the sun operates on the inner terrace, in the afternoon from the ocean. At any time of the day, depending on the mood, we have a shaded or sunny terrace.
Two terraces at the ocean side and one next to the swimming pool.
In the complex there are 2 swimming pools and two small- for children, private parking place in the underground garage. All included in the price.

Callao Salvaje is a little town on southern Tenerife, 25 minutes by car from the airport (TFS), 10 minutes from the Siampark water park. 30-40 minutes on Parador at Pico del Teide. Beautiful views of the island of la Gomera, and during the perfect weather - el Hierro.
The specific microclimate means that the sun shines in every season of the year. More than once, the sun was shining here and people were sunbathing, and 2 kilometers away it was cloudy and raining.
At a time when there is no sun in continental Europe, there is plenty of it here.
