Large apartment of 100m2 in central Nice, 5 min walk from the train station and 10 mins walk from the beach.

There are 5 rooms, with different layouts possible. A living room, with two sofa beds sleeping four in total; a dining room for 10 people, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a last bedroom which can either have two bunk beds sleeping four or two double beds.

The apartment is a beautiful old typical Nice bourgeois building, with a lift. There is air conditioning throughout the apartment, as well as a separate kitchen, bathroom and shower room.

Let this be your base to explore Nice and the Riviera from! You can easily get to Monaco, Antibes, Eze, Menton, and even Paris and Brussels from the train station a few minutes walk away, and there is a fantastic market nearby with great fresh fruit and vegetables, croissants and coffee, and a new foodhall.
