The Riqionian House has been undergone a radical renovation in 2019. It΄s area covers 70sq.m. and consists of a living-kitchen (single room), two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a fireplace in one master bedroom. The rooms are air-conditioned, with two TVs, a fridge, a kitchen, a microwave, small meals and all the amenities you may need for complete relaxation. It offers free Wi-Fi, with a laptop, in it’s all amenities and private parking on the enclosed grounds. Also included; clean towels, bed linen, wet soap, shampoo and shower gel. The House is situated on a fenced plot of 700 sq.m. of which 150 sq.m. with a stamped floor, a small olive grove, lemon trees and several shading points for the hot summer days. It can comfortably accommodate four people.


Τhe Riqionian House is located in a magnificent olive grove in the seaside area of ​​the village Rikia in the Municipality of Trifylia in Messinia, and the stay is suitable for all months of the year.
