Vast and beautiful villa situated in Altea la Vella, on the Costa Blanca, renovated in 2018, 2019 and 2023. Villa Esmeralda has magnificent panoramic views towards the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the Sierra de Bernia Mountains on the opposite side. The large plot of 1500 m2 includes an amazing private pool, a large garden, a barbecue area and a broad private parking with a capacity of 5 cars or more.

The villa is composed of two independent houses, House 1 and House 2, which can be rented jointly or independently. Each house has an open-air terrace with views over the garden, the swimming pool, the sea and the mountains. The two houses share the garden, the parking, the barbecue area and the swimming pool area.

This webpage allows you to book House 1 (capacity of 6+1 persons), while separate webpages allow you to book respectively House 2 (capacity of 4+1 persons) or the whole Villa (comprising House 1 and House 2), with a capacity of 10+2 persons.

House 1 is composed of 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 living/dining room, 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.

House 2 is composed of 1 full equipped kitchen, 1 living/dining room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom.

A folding bed can be added to each house if required.

The villa is close (about 2,5 km) to Altea la Vella supermarket, shops, restaurants and bank and to the E15 Alicante-Valencia motorway.
