An old but completely renovated house, following the traditional style of Lefkada's building technique, with a stone ground floor and a timber framed 1st floor. Lays in the peaceful village of Dragano, one of the closest settlements to the fabulous beaches Yalos, Egremni and Porto Katsiki. Easily accessible through the road Lefkada –Porto Katsiki.
The house consists of 2 floors: in the ground floor there is the lounge – kitchen area which can accommodate at least 1 person in the existing sofa there, one bedroom with a single bed (at the back side of the house, without a window but with natural light coming from the roof through a sun-tube) , and a bathroom with a shower. 1st floor includes : 1 en-suite bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 more with a double bed, 1 bathroom and a small hall which leads to the veranda at the front of the house. The two floors are connected with both an inside and outside staircase.
