The 96m² apartment has three rooms (two bedrooms) and can accommodate up to six people. Air conditioning is available. The living room has a sofa bed for one or two people, a TV and access to the terrace. One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and access to the terrace. The other bedroom has a double bed. The apartment has new and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, electric stove, fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave and coffee machine. It also provides access to the terrace. The dining area is in the kitchen. There is a bathroom (with bath, washbasin, shower, WC, bidet and window) and a WC (with toilet, washbasin and window).

The apartment is equipped with wireless Internet access, a washing machine and satellite TV.

The apartment is surrounded by a child-friendly, 870m² open plot of land with trees, flowers and bushes. You can also grill here. The terrace is very large (30m²) with a table and chairs, overlooking the green garden.
