Golden Sea Villa is a just renovated 5-bedroom Villa with with a private pool of 45 sqm, 600 meters from the lovely sandy beach of Stavros and the village center. Two mini-markets, and a few traditional taverns and seafood restaurants can be found in short walking distance. The Villa is located about 15 km north of Chania.

Golden Sea Villa consists of one 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, and one 3-bedroom apartment on the upper floor, each with a different entrance. Every apartment is about 130 square meters.

Two bedrooms, an open plan living room area, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and one bathroom with a shower are provided on the ground floor.

Three bedrooms, an open plan living room area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and one bathroom with a bathtub are provided on the upper floor. Two bedrooms have a double bed, and one bedroom has twin beds. A sea view balcony with a dining table is offered as well.

All guests can enjoy a private grassy courtyard with sun umbrellas, sun loungers, and a barbecue corner. Private parking is provided as well. Air-condition in every bedroom, one smart TV per apartment, and wireless internet are offered.
