After passing the private gate, you will see the porch and its studio (equipped for 2 + 2 people). A drawbridge then leads you to a hall serving 2 levels distributed by a grand staircase. The ground-garden level consists of a kitchen (created by a Toulousain designer) opening on a large living room (dining area - living room and ceiling-suspended fireplace) with direct access to the patio, terrace and pool (6x3m ).

There is and outdoor kitchen, built-in barbecue, and bar complete the external facilities. There are a further 2 bedrooms with bathroom, dressing room and toilet, one of which overlooks the patio and pool.

Upstairs 1 bedroom for 2 people (+ extra bed) with bathroom, dressing room and separate toilet - 1 library room with sofa bed for 2 people.

Studio: attached a studio with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet, a sleeping area for 2 people and a seating area with sofa for 2 persons.

The outside park is planted with truffle oaks open to nature. A tree house will delight young and old (with sleeping area), a fishing lake, and boules court.
