House 2 has a capacity of 4 adults and is composed of 1 kitchen, 1 living/dining room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom. A folding bed can be added to each house if required. Each house has an open-air terrace with views over the garden, the swimming pool, the sea and the mountains. The two houses share the garden, the parking, the barbecue area and the swimming pool area.

The villa is close (about 2,5 km) to Altea la Vella supermarket, shops, restaurants and bank and to the E15 Alicante-Valencia motorway.
