Oleander 4 is a splendid Mediterranean-style villa situated just a few steps from the sea in San Lorenzo, a popular seaside resort that boasts one of Sicily’s most beautiful beaches. Surrounded by a well-tended garden and large, panoramic terraces with sea views, this beautiful, cozy house has a small swimming pool which can be heated (on request) and a private Jacuzzi on the sun terrace. Recently built, the 90 Square meter villa features bright, comfortable rooms furnished with taste and functionality in mind that include a living/dining room with sofa bed, kitchen, three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The villa comes also with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, sat-TV, iPod docking station, washing machine, dishwasher, safe and external shower. The property, which is really close to the charming, lively fishing village of Marzamemi, is only a short drive away from the most beautiful towns of south-eastern Sicily (such as Noto, Syracuse and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto), the close Vendicari nature reserve, Taormina and Mount Etna’s Park.

GROUND FLOOR:Ground Floor: living room-kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower, 1 room with double sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower.

EXTERIOR: Veranda with dining area, terrace, garden, swimming pool (open all year), sun terrace. Upper floor offers a sun terrace with Jacuzzi (heated upon request).

Included in the rental cost: Final cleaning, electricity up to 300 kwh/week, midweek towel change, Internet Wi-Fi, private parking, gas/water, weekly cleaning, cot, welcome breakfast basket
