Oleander 2 is a splendid Mediterranean-style villa situated just a few steps from the sea in San Lorenzo, a popular seaside resort that boasts one of Sicily’s most beautiful beaches. Surrounded by a well-tended garden and large, panoramic terraces with sea views, this beautiful, cozy house has a small swimming pool which can be heated (on request). Recently built, the villa features bright, comfortable rooms furnished with taste and functionality in mind that include a living/dining room with kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The villa comes also with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, sat-TV, iPod docking station, washing machine, dishwasher, safe and external shower. The property, which is really close to the charming, lively fishing village of Marzamemi, is only a short drive away from the most beautiful towns of south-eastern Sicily (such as Noto, Syracuse and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto), the close Vendicari nature reserve, Taormina and Mount Etna’s Park.
