Villa Rogoznica is located in the center of Rogoznica, 30 km from Šibenik and the center of the Dalmatian coast. The villa can accommodate up to 15 guests and covers over 300 m2. Villa Rogoznica is a visually stunning building with an even better interior. The interior is decorated with modern, stylish furniture, and unique art and decorations. The villa itself is split into four apartments, but is rented as a whole, which allows 15 people to comfortably fit in this large space.On the first floor of the villa there is a large living room area with comfortable sofas and a stunning view over the terrace. This leads into a modern kitchen space, where you will find everything you need to create meals during your holiday. The kitchen leads out to a sheltered dining area, where you can contemplate the picturesque surroundings and enjoy the warm, Mediterranean weather. There is one double bedroom on the first floor as well as a dressing room and bathroom. The double bedroom is like a mini apartment, with bright furnishings, ample storage space and a kitchen area with sink and cupboards. Further bedrooms can be found throughout the villa, with another three double bedrooms with bathrooms and a twin room. There are more sleeping spaces with sofas and armchairs that pull out to create further beds. Detailed layout of apartments:FIRST APARTMENT (55 m2), located on the ground floor, consists of a sitting room area with a kitchenette (20 m2), a double bedroom (30 m2) in which there is a built-in tub and a separate bathroom with shower. The sofa can be used as a double pull-out sofa in the sitting room area.SECOND APARTMENT (60 m2), located on the ground floor, has a
sitting room area with a kitchenette (25 m2) and a double bedroom (30 m2) in which there is also a built-in tub and a separate bathroom (5 m2) with a shower. There is also a double pull-out sofa in the sitting room area.

THIRD APARTMENT (40 m2), located on the first floor with a
separate entrance, is a studio apartment which comprises a double bedroom, a sitting room area with a kitchenette and a separate
bathroom with shower. There is also a single folding bed.

FOURTH APARTMENT (100 m2), which stretches over two floors (first and gallery), has a large sitting room, dressing room, double bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen on the first level. The upper floor is a gallery with twin beds and a private bathroom.The outdoor terrace area is a large, open space where guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful Croatian surroundings. The large pool is surrounded by ample sunbathing space as well as space to sit and enjoy outdoor dining. There is an outdoor dining table as well as a stone barbeque where you can truly dine al fresco.
Villa Rogoznica is a true Croatian gem and contains everything you need and more for your holiday to Croatia.
