The villa comfortably accommodates up to sixteen guests across 6 spacious bedrooms and 1 apartment, spread between the main house and three independent annexe units. Six of the bedrooms feature king-size beds that can be arranged as either doubles or twins, making the layout ideal for families, groups of friends, or business retreats. Each space has been designed to reflect the villa’s historic character while offering modern comfort and privacy.

Surrounded by terraced Mediterranean gardens, Villa Orti offers a truly unique outdoor experience for a property so close to the Old Town.
