Villa Green Oasis is a charming holiday house situated in a quiet and peaceful area of Kaštel Novi, 2 km away from the beach and the city center. This beautiful rustically furnished house is ideal for large families or groups of friends, combining privacy and comfort with authentic dalmatian experience.

Holiday house Green Oasis consists of the main house with 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with twin beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds) suitable for accommodating 6 persons and a separate suite with 1 double bedroom, suitable for accommodating 2+2 persons.

Main house consists of ground floor and first floor, covering the total living area of 116 m2. The ground floor consists of open concept well equipped kitchen and living room with access to the spacious terrace with outdoor furniture overlooking the garden and pool area, modern bathroom with bathtub and 1 bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children. Indoor staircase leads to the first floor which consists of 1 bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with twin beds.

Separate suite situated on the other side of the garden has 1 double bedroom, kitchen, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and 1 bathroom with shower.

What makes holiday house Green Oasis truly a perfect choice for a relaxing holiday is the spacious and exquisite outdoor area with beautiful garden rich with greenery and Mediterranean plants spreading on the total area of 4000 m2. Guests are welcome to use large outdoor private pool ( 6x12m ), separate small pool for children and an outdoor jacuzzi. Private sauna with a separate bathroom is also at disposal. Guests who enjoy barbecue and outdoor cooking will undoubtedly appreciate the summer kitchen with grill, bread oven and a large wooden dining table, perfect for private social gatherings in the summer evenings.
