Apartment Santa Maria is a spacious apartment (100 sqm) with a small balcony with bistro table and chairs. It is a modern and functional holiday apartment with three bedrooms.

Within walking distance to the apartment are the Church Santa Maria in Trastevere, Piazza Farnese, Campo de’ Fiori, the Pantheon, the Roman Ghetto and much more!

This beautiful and bright holiday apartment has recently been renovated and redecorated. It is located on the 4th floor and can be reached by elevator. The apartment is composed of three bedrooms:Two bedrooms with a queen bed and the the third bedroom with twin beds. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower and one with a double bowl sink. Two comfortable Scandinavian-style sofas invite you to relax in the spacious living room or gather around the dining table for a meal with family and friends. The kitchen is small but does not lack any comfort – it is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge with a freezer. The mix of modern, Scandinavia-inspired style and antique furniture blends perfectly, such as the large paintings in the living room complementing the crystal chandeliers.

For your convenience, there is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board in the apartment. There is also air conditioning in all rooms and in the living room, Wi-Fi internet, and a washing machine.
