My Place is a modern 3rd floor apartment, located in the New Town, just 1400m from the Old Town.
The apartment includes a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms and balconies with uninterrupted views to the picturesque Palamidi castle

My Place is located in a peaceful neighborhood right next to the street market. There, you can find a grocery store, a super market, a coffee shop, a pharmacy, a bakery, tavernas and pretty much everything you need!
It s only 5 minutes away from bus-stops leading to top destinations, like Argos, Athens, Mycenae, Epidaurus Theater, Ancient Asini (Kastraki), Tolo, etc.
The interior is super comfortable! In the living room you ll be able to enjoy a 55" LED smart Tv connected to a home theater DvD player and a satellite receiver.
The kitchen is equipped with, more than enough, all necessary appliances in order for you to prepare your breakfast, your meals or everything else you may want! The water is also filtered throu a number of filters with a carbon filter just before the kitchen faucet.
In one of the bedrooms, you ll be able to enjoy your sleep on a very soft and comfortable mattress, while in the rest of the bedrooms you ll find more anatomical mattresses depending on your personal preferences. At the same time you ll be able to choose between soft or more firm pillows. High quality linen and towels are at your disposal along with hypoalergic duvets. In one bedroom there is an air conditioning unit while in every bedroom there is a 32" LED Smart Tv.

The access to the apartment is through the building s elevator (or the stairway) and a private parking space will keep your wheels safe at night!

Please be aware that this is a quiet block of flats, so it s not available for parties and loud noise should be avoided. Smoking is also prohibited inside of the apartment and is allowed only at the balconies.
