Blue Paradise is a newly built non-smoking private estate on 5 acres with a luxuriously appointed contemporary 3 bedroom main villa and a separate stone guest house with another 3 bedrooms.

Falling asleep to the sound of gentle waves hitting the rocks is just one of the many ways to enjoy Blue Paradise. This exclusive luxury seafront property enjoys mild sea breezes and spectacular sunsets over the Bay of Souda.

The large covered patio facing the pool and the sea provides outdoor cooking facilities with large BQ and wood burning pizza oven. The area is fitted with comfortable lounging and dining areas perfect for your evening entertainment.
The pool has a pool lounge cir-rounded by water which is a perfect place to have your pre dinner drinks and snacks while enjoying the sunset.
The architect designed garden has a fully enclosed private park that lets you relax in total privacy in one of the ‘garden rooms’ spread around the property. These lounging areas are fitted with big pillows, lounge chairs or hammocks.

The wide sea frontage has a private easy access to the sea for your morning swim or kayak trip. Also you have the possibility to board a RIB or similar motor boat.

Elegant natural stone floors, inside and outside, and very large sliding glass doors, some sliding into the walls, provide a seamless inside/outside living experience.

On the pool level floor of the main villa is the first master suite with king size bed, alfresco shower, sea view and covered terrace in front of the salt water based infinity pool. The 22m long pool can be heated upon request.

The entry level floor can be reached with an elevator to the pool level or stairs.
On this level is a second master suite with king size bed and a fabulous sea view as if you were on a super yacht.
The third  bedroom with kingsize bed (or two twins) has a large seafront terrace with a view on the sea and the snow capped White mountains.

All rooms have ensuite shower rooms and covered terraces with spectacular views over the bay of Souda.

The guest house has 2 guest bedrooms at the garden level plus a third room at the level below. Each of the rooms have their own shower room. The guest bedrooms at the garden level have twin beds (convertible to a kingsize bed), have a fabulous sea view and private terraces. The spacious third bedroom has a top window with some garden view. The guesthouse also has a sea facing kitchen and sitting area with a Bluetooth operating music system. Upon request the sofas can be converted into two beds to accommodate two more quests.
The lower level of the guesthouse has a professional laundry area, storage room and staff area.

From Blue Paradise one can walk to the picturesque village of Plaka with several excellent restaurants and taverna’s.

The popular beach village of Almyrida, that can be seen from the estate, is a short five minute drive away. 

The beautiful Venetian port of Chania and the airport are about 40 minutes away. Another interesting historic city is Rethymno which is 45 minutes away. The cruise ship/ferry harbour of Souda takes a 20 minutes ride.
