It is centrally located in Torrevieja 150 meters from the popular beach Playa los locos. Here it doesn’t feel like you are in a city, Plaza Del Sol is like a lovely oasis in the middle of Torrevieja. The lush pool area has the real grass and large palm trees. When you sit on the roof terrace and look over the rooftops it feels more like being in an old Spanish city. At night it's wonderful to sit on the roof terrace looking at the stars. Why not sleep on the roof terrace on a hot summer night, it is magical to sleep under the moon and stars. The apartment has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom with toilet + 1 guest toilet, and 2 charming balconies with pool view and on top of it all a beautiful private roof terrace to sleep under the stars if you wish. The bedrooms are on the third floor. In the first bedroom there is a 150 cm wide double bed, in the second bedroom there are 2 bunk beds accommodating 4 people. The living room has a TV, corner sofa and dining set for 6 people. The kitchen includes a stove, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle. In the laundry/cleaning room there is a washing machine and drying rack. Fully equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. The two balconies are equipped with table and chairs. On the roof terrace there are tables / chairs /cushions / blankets/ parasols and two cozy iron day beds. Air conditioning units in both bedrooms and living room / kitchen area for both cooling and heating. The rent also includes Wifi and Tv with Scandinavian and international channels. It’s only 150 meters to the lovely beach Playa de Los Locos (larger part fine sand and a less crowded stony part) and and only 900 meters to the very popular beach Playa del Cura. There are bars, restaurants and grocery stores on the streets just outside. More shopping is within easy walking distance along the seafront promenade. Habaneras Shopping Center is 2.5 km away. 15-minute walk from Torrevieja Bus Terminal (also possible to take a taxi from there), and only a 45-minutes drive from Alicante Airport.
