The apartment is new and has not been used before. The decoration, as it appears on the photos, is minimal and modern.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is 160 sqm. It has 3 bedrooms a big living room and dining room, spacious kitchen with all necessary kitchenware. It has a big veranda on the front side and other verandas outside every room.

It has a private entrance up the exterior staircase and parking space.
The blue bas stop and a mini market is just a few meters from the house.

The house is located 2,5 km from the Corfu port and 3 km from the city center.

At a 1000 m distance there are 3 big super markets, Lidl, Sklavenitis and Dimitra Market.

There is also a shopping center with banks, coffee shops, restaurants and other stores at a 1500 m distance.
There is a small beach at a 1300 m distance and a bigger one with a coffee shop and restaurant at 2000 m.
The guests will get assistance and service at their request.
Near the house there is the traditional old village of Potamos, the Church Panagia, where many celebrations, such as litanies and traditional festivals, take place throughout the whole year.
