Moreover the 2 hot tubs at the roof top of the villa and on the 1st floor with a water cleansing system , the comfortable sun beds and the great view to the Porto Heli Gulf offers the ideal alternative to the beach.
Activities like jogging, fishing, canoeing, water sports and daytrips can take place using family’s canoes and speed boat. Porto Heli bay is a known safe paradise for sea action.
House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts (Nikki Beach, AKS Hinitsa Bay, AMAN Resort) will give you many choices of spending your time. along with nearby restaurants and taverns for family nights out.
Spetses island is nearby and can be reached in 7 minutes by sea taxis servicing 24 hours a day from costa area which is 5 minutes drive from the villa. Sea taxi may also pick you up from a jetty very close to the villa
Porto Heli is approximately one hour from, the Ancient Theater of Epidaurus, the first capital of free Greece, Nafplio, and the site of ancient Mycenae.
The villa is fully air conditioned. It consists of 4 bedrooms accommodating normally 8 guests , or max 10 guests when using the 2 sofa beds.
The Villa consists of two levels, each them has 2 double-bed bedrooms a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The owner stays on the ground floor in a small studio .
