Our studio apartment is one of four apartments in our house. All apartments are renovated in May 2018. Studio apartment is on ground floor. We are located in a small and quiet street, surrounded by family houses. In front is a large court yard around the house and a large parking lot.

The nearest supermarket is 300 m away and other facilities (restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, bank, etc.) are located in Matulji (700 m away) and Kastav (2 km away)
We are close to tourist destinations: Rijeka is 10 km away and Opatija 5 km. Nearest beach is 3km away.
