Casa Pilar Denia, is an exceptional waterfront residence, which has privacy due to its elevation (4 meters above the level of the walkway), with open views to the sea and direct and private access to the beach. Designed entirely by architect Pilar Secada, the house has six suites, four of them with king beds and two with two single beds, all with a private bathroom, balcony and / or terrace access. The house has a modern fully equipped kitchen, large living and dining rooms with direct view of the sea, as well as a TV room and integrated music system throughout the social area. The whole house has air conditioning and wifi, and heating during the moderate and beautiful Mediterranean winter. An area on one side of the large garden, is equipped with both wood and gas barbecues and a rustic wood oven to make pizzas. And at the end of the garden, and directly facing the sea, there is a 15 m long swimming pool, with a terrace and a chill-out hut with a wooden deck and a rustic roof, armchairs and Wi-Fi. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with more than 150 species of fruit trees, olive trees over 500 years old, palm trees, decorative trees, vines, and aromatic herbs. Casa Pilar Denia also has surveillance through a central 24 hours, hotel type cleaning and housekeeping five days a week.
The house, equipped with seven bicycles and three kayaks, offers easy access on foot and by bicycle to restaurants in town and surroundings, some of them with 3 and 2 with Michelin stars, markets and the historic town of Dénia with its Phoenician castle, as well as the well-known beaches of Las Rotas and to the Montgó Natural Park.
At Casa Pilar Denia reservations are received through the year, up to several months in advance.
If you are a group of people under 30 years old I really appreciate your interest, but CasaPilarDenia might not be what you are looking for, since our house is mainly focused on families looking for quiet and relaxation. No more than twelve (12) persons are allowed to sleep at the house, all of which will have to provide copies of valid ID documents prior to arrival. No smoking is allowed anywhere in the premises. No parties or gatherings are allowed in the property under any circumstance. Thank you for your understanding.
