Private vacation home

Our private villa consists of a two storey building of two separate apartments that is rented as a whole. The ground floor consists of a bedroom with integrated bathroom. Features a 28-inch flat-screen TV and A / C for air conditioning and heating. The dimension of the bed is: 160cm * 200cm. The second bedroom has two single beds of 90×200cm each that can turn into a quwen size bed, with A/C, and TV. There is also a living room with a small kitchen and a bathroom. The first floor consists of one bedroom with a double bed with dimensions 160*200 and an integrated bathroom. The bedroom has a 32-inch flat-screen TV and A / C for coolness and heating. It also has a living room with A/C and an extra sofa that is converted to bed with dimensions 140cm * 183cm. The living room has also a 55-inch flat-screen TV and a bathroom. The kitchen has a dining area, microwave, French coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and A / C. All windows have screens for insects. The house has a large courtyard with dining area, private pool of 40sq meters, sun loungers. BBQ area, on-site parking. Balcony and outside shower are also available.

The villa is located in a plot of 4,500 sq.m. where there is a path that leads to the river, which runs during the winter.
The location of the house is between the city of Chania (34km or 23 minutes by car) and the city of Rethymnon (28km or 20 minutes).

Very close is the exit for the National Road that leads to the city of Chania, Rethymnon and Heraklion but also to the road that leads to the south side of the island, to Chora Sfakion, Frangokastelo, Plakias, Preveli and many other beaches.
The villa is two kilometers from the village of Vryses where there are supermarkets, taverns, cafes, bakery, pharmacy, gas station and atm.
It is 7 km away from Georgioupolis and it's sandy beaches, 12 minutes from Lake Kournas, 26 km from Imbros Gorge, 21km from the springs of Argyroupoli.
