Major amenities involved including Smart TV with Netflix account.To be honest, in Nicosia, there is no distant places; Our home is very close to Dereboyu Avenue (Mehmet Akif Avenue), which is one of the most popular entertainment, dining and drinking spot in North Side. 10 minutes walk to Dereboyu would not be an exaggerated statement. In north, there isn’t a satisfying public transport, so if you rent a car or take a taxi its only 5 to 8 minutes drive to old town. If you are fond of it, Casinos are too close as well (Golden Tulip/Merit Casino).
