Welcome to CaseMaggi vacation homes! Our Penthouse (Attico) apartment in Portovenere has just been fully remodeled. It is the top floor of a 2-story building (stairs only, no elevator). It has spectacular, unobstructed views of the seaside, beaches and beautiful Golfo dei Poeti and Palmaria island! The apartment is walking distance to the beach, port, and restaurants. The building complex has private access to the beach via a locked stairway.

The tastefully-furnished penthouse apartment sits above via Garibaldi, the road that gently slopes down into Portovenere town center.

This area is know as a hiker's paradise! There are trails behind the building.

Note: there are 100 steps up to the apartment building: 2 1/2 sets outside to get to the building from the street as we are set up high for the perfect endless views.

Tourist Tax: Portovenere has implemented a tourist tax starting April 1, 2019. It is 2 euros per person per night, excluding children under 16, for a maximum of 4 nights.
This will be collected in cash at check-in and receipt provided if needed.

Parking: there is street parking for hourly fee (free in off season) payment machines are on the road side.
