You will have access to the villa, the pool (would you like to have it heated? please ask me for more details), the magnificent garden and the olive trees terraces overlooking the bay of Cannes, of Mandelieu and the Esterel Cap.

This area between Mougins and Valbonne is a great area for golf (9 courses within 10 km), walks (the protected park of Valmasque is only 3km away), hikes, beaches (10 km away), sightseeing of charming Provence villages (Mougins, Valbonne, Grasse, Opio, Antibes) or exciting Cannes nightlife!

From Cannes you'll be able to visit the enchanting blue waters of the Lerins Islands (10 minutes ferry trip) or drive a convertible car to the breathtaking cliffs of the Esterel coastal road.

Beautiful Nice, with its famous Promenades des Anglais and lovely restaurants, is only 30 km away, reachable by highway or train.

The villa has a garage with electric door (just pay attention to the tricky slope when you come in and out) plus a private parking place on the road, on the side of the villa gate.

Mouans Sartoux train station is 1.4 km downhill.
