"Casa Agnethe" is a two-level townhouse of 108 square meters in the lovely Wyndham Resort complex. The house is fully renovated as late as 2025 and has 4 bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms. There is one entrance to a private parking area and one to the swimming pool area, just a few meters away. The house has a nice private terrace with a dining area, and sofasection in the sun. All bedrooms and the living room have installed air conditioning. The house has free WIFI and a big TV screen in the living room.

Located in Mijas Costa, on the south coast of Spain, this beautiful townhouse bathes in the sunshine for more than 300 days a year and provides guests with all the amenities and facilities they could imagine. In the area, there is a swimming pool (heated all year), restaurants, tennis courts, and even a little grocery shop. If this is not enough, you are only minutes away from shopping centers, beaches, and everything you could ask for.

The beach is just 400 meters walking distance away and the swimming pool is in the backyard, the restaurants are 100 meters away.

This area covers all interests. It's perfect for families, with or without kids. It is perfect for both summer and winter. It's perfect for golfers and it's perfect for bicyclists. The townhouse is renovated and refurbished in 2018-2020, and it is nicely held.

Within 500 meters you have 6 restaurants (1 sports bar) and 2 smaller supermarkets, along with a medical center. There are tennis courses, a basketball course, minigolf, and community pools (even heated pools) in the resort.

La Cala de Mijas is a beautiful town that is just a 5-minute drive away. A very cozy town with nice restaurants and playgrounds along the beach. Well worth a visit.

Mijas Pueblo, also known as the white city, is situated in the mountains. Fantastic views from there. Cobblestoned streets, donkey and carriage, and restaurants with amazing views clinging onto the mountainside. This is a must-visit.

The Townhouse is a 25-minute drive from Malaga airport. If you wish you can take the train to Fuengirola, which is the end stop. From there take a taxi to the apartment. A taxi ride from the airport directly to the house is about 50 Euros.
