Welcome to this cozy and warm two bedroom apartment offering 80 sq. meter space. It's located in the heart of old Sofia, on the first floor in a traditional bulgarian building. Part of the furniture and the electicity devices are brand new. The apartment features two spacious bedrooms with double beds, area with sofa and TV, kitchen, bathroom with shower cabin, separate toilet. There is a small balcony in one of the bedrooms. Metro station "Serdika" is just 10 minutes walking distance.

The apartment has an excellent central location but meanwhile is on a quiet small street. The bedrooms are spacious enough, very sunny and both offer a nice view to an inner yard. In both rooms you can enjoy wardrobs with cloth hangers. One of the bedrooms has a small sunny balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The bathroom and the toilet are separate so to assure you more convenience and privacy. The sofa in the common area is brand new and it's extendable. The kitchen offers view to the street as well as to the third biggest cathedral in Sofia - St. Paraskeva, just meters away. Here you can prepare by your own a breakfast since at your disposal are different type of cutlary and utensils. There are also:
