In detail the property consist in a living area with 3 seater sofa, TV and coffee corner; a first master bedroom; a second bedroom with two single beds;a third bedroom; a bathroom covered in Bisazza; a living room with sofa bed, fireplace and TV; a large kitchen with dining table for 8 people; a second bathroom with shower.
Bathrooms have been made of marble, with shower column with thee and bathtub in place covered with "bisazza" (one of the most authoritative luxury design brands in the production of glass mosaics).
The outdoor area is really well restored with a lovely gazebo (patio) with wood tables and chairs and many shaded areas for the peak summer season, and includes a swimming pool (size 12x6 mt) made with fine workmanship, suitable for adults and children and equipped with comfortable sun loungers/chairs.
The villa is surrounded by an amazing garden, in conformity with the refined taste that characterizes it; rich in native and exotic plant species as well as an area of cacti from semi-desert countries and plants of olive trees of our Puglia, all framed by a relaxing and soft green grass.
This is an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday in the wonderful region of Puglia at any time of the year, close to the charming towns of Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, just 30 km from the gorgeous Matera, Basilicata's jewel, famous for its sassi (stone houses carved out of the caves and cliffs) and is situated in its own 2 acres of land, with olive trees, cherrys and almonds all this is surrounded by a most beautiful rural area ideal for walking and cycling.
