Private vacation home

We have brought the comforts of the USA to Italy. New bedding, memory foam mattresses, new living room furniture & entire new kitchen installed. Kitchen is fully equipped, but we rarely use it except for a quick coffee in the morning. The house was reconstructed in early 2000's. Marble stairs & stunning hardwoods throughout. Kitchen on bottom floor, front door entry into living room, 2 bedrooms upstairs and accessible rooftop terrace. Comfortable, safe & convenient. A/C in bedrooms. WiFi & TV. Located in downtown Cesena.

House is centrally located to everything in Cesena: Malatestiana Library, Alessandro Bonci Theater, Piazza del Popolo, Manuzzi Football Stadium, historical churches, La Rocca Castle, ippodromo, autostrada and 15km to beautiful Adriatic Ocean. There are many stairs in the house. Bathrooms and bedrooms are upstairs. Kitchen is downstairs. The only area off the street is the living room. Wifi, Netflix & cable TV available in home.
