The villa and its direct surroundings offer stunning views on Lake Vinuela and Mount Maroma, in the beautiful surroundings of the Axarquia region, at only a 50 minutes drive from Malaga airport. The quiet property is easily accessible from the main road. It is set in a small group with six other villas, each offering secure privacy.

The electric gated entrance leads to a car port, a heated swimming pool (9x5m - April to October), an outside kitchen with BBQ and pool bar, the villa and a petanque area. The pool is child safe with a brick wall and gates to secure from the olive tree gardens around the villa. Sunshine all day.

The villa’s main area contains the lounge and a fully equipped kitchen including oven with grill, dishwasher and washing machine. Three patio doors lead out onto large covered terraces which stretch along the whole frontage, with a special outdoor dining /breakfast table as well as a special sun terrace to enjoy the morning sun.

The villa has one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 more bedrooms and a second bathroom. Each bedroom has air-conditioning incl. heating function and each room has a ventilator.

Linen and towels (including pool towels) are included in the price.

Wide screen TV with DVD, stereo installation , MP3 amplifier and WiFi are available.

Some small shops nearby in Los Romanes. Velez Malaga, a 20 minute drive towards the coast, has a number of large supermarkets. Just next is Torre del Mar, with a nice promenade, a cycle path along its lovely wide beaches (4km) and the typical bars on the beach (chiringuito).

This comfortable villa is set in beautiful area of southern Spain and is ideal for any family or group looking for a truly relaxing holiday in a quiet superbly located villa. Within easy reach of many beautiful beaches, traditional Spanish villages, authentic restaurants and shopping centres. Malaga, Antequera, Nerja, Granada, Sevilla, Ronda, and the many small, white Andalusian villages make a great day trip. The area is particularly good for hiking and mountain bikers, as the lake and the National Park – one of the best walking areas in Spain- are nearby.

The property is suitable for all year round rentals. There is a wood burning fire for use in the winter months. Skiing and sledging possible in Sierra Nevada - 1.5 hr. drive away – perfect for children and beginners as well as experienced skiers.
