The property is less than 3 mintues walking distance from Largo Sperlonga from which one can take direct bus to downtown or Ospedale S Peter or Osp. St Andrea or Telecom Oriolo Romano or Saxa Rubra for Roma Nord Trains.

The flat It is in a small building, only 8 familieslive there, there is a commonal garden, it is very quiet, and it has a a nice view. Double glaze windows for your comfort and silence.

Independent heating for your comfort and aircondition make it one of the best places for you to stay in Roma.

The bed is a japanese style one. In the living room there is a nice sofa for two from which to see the Smart TV and a nice design table for 4 although I offer only two seats as I see the flat ideal for a couple-

The Kitchen has two electric hoibs, a coffea machine, a microwave, a dishwashing machine and a waassher and dryer for your comfort. Plus a huge double door Samsung Fridge Freezer which I am sure you will love.

The bathroom has been recently refurbished, good modern design components, plus a fantastic and reliable Jacuzzi for your relax after a day out in Roma.
