The Lumbarda Resort 1 bedroom apartment is a part of a are low rise properties consisting of ground or upper floor accommodation. The property is set among pine trees on a slope leading down to the sea and has recently undergone major renovations.

It's placed on a quiet and spacious Resort and has a natural areas of shade from aromatic pine trees and it is right on the shore of the stunningly, azure Adriatic

It has air conditioning; the bedroom has a double or two single beds and can have an extra bed or crib added at your request. There’s also a dressing table and safe deposit box. The living room has satellite TV and a sofa which opens out into a full double bed. Table and chairs

The kitchen consists of a double cooker hob, fridge, microwave. Linen and towels are supplied and there is also a maid service. The bathroom is fully tiled with toilet, wash basin, power shower and built in hair dryer.

The terrace area is large with table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining, restaurant and bar service available to your balcony upon request.

There is a newly built swimming pool, which also includes a children’s swimming pool, next to the restaurant. For all the guests of the resort, the swimming pools including all the equipment can be used free of charge.

On the beach, guests can rent bicycles, canoes and motor-boats. Only 100 meters away from the locality there is a scuba diving center.

There are very famous fishing, folklore and dancing evenings held in the town center which guests can enjoy.

Guests can use parking space within the locality for no extra charge.
