Located in a quiet residential area of Duće-Omiš, just 5 minute walking distance from a beautiful sandy beach, Villa Leonore is ideal for families or groups of up to 10 people. The Villa is located just 1 km (15-minute walk) from the historic center of Omiš, a charming medieval town where Cetina River meets the Adriatic Sea. Villa is located 20 km from Split, Croatia's second biggest city. Split Airport is only 45 km away (1 hour by car).

The villa features a private heated outdoor pool (24 m², 8x3 m) with water temperature ranging from 25°C to 30°C. The pool is open from May to October and has a gentle stair entry, making it suitable for all ages. Enjoy the spacious semi-covered terrace, equipped with sun loungers and patio furniture, perfect for relaxing in the sun or dining in the shade. A charcoal and wood BBQ lets you enjoy open-air meals with friends or family. The fully fenced property offers privacy and safety, especially for families with young children. Private parking for 4 vehicles is available on site.
