Apartment

Our lovely two-floor apartment is located on Lapad peninsula. It is a quiet part of Dubrovnik, yet only 4 km distant from the Old Town, 20 m from the sea, and in close proximity to beaches, walking trails, parks, and gastro offer. This brand new apartment offers wonderful and spacious terrace with a sea view and bright living area fully equipped for enjoyable stay; smart TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen, walk in rain showers and more.

Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees.

Neighborhood description:
The apartment is located in close proximity to beaches, walking trails, parks, interesting restaurants, and urban infrastructure (post office, shops, gas-station, pharmacy, etc.) The apartment is also very close to beautiful beaches, only 10-15 minutes walking distance via walking trail along the coast. Just in front of the apartment there is an amazing fish restaurant also called Orsan, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a daily meal. After only a 5 minutes long stroll from the apartment there is one of the most beautiful wine tasting bars in Dubrovnik - Škar. Additional information on the surrounding area will be provided to our guests upon their arrival.

The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town or you can take taxi or Uber.
