Apartment

"Sunny Gallery" is a brand new apartment situated IN THE CENTER of Split. It is located 100m from central city promenade "Riva" and 400m from Diocletian's palace. New city promenade "West Coast" and city central recreational zone hill "Marjan" are 200m away. Furthermore, ferry port, central train station, central bus station, and stadium Poljud are within 10 minutes by walk as well as all the best restaurants, popular caffe bars, green market, fish market, rent-a-car, rent-a-bike, banks, pharmacies, bakeries, washing self - service etc.

The flat consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped and modern kitchen, bathroom and a terrace. Every room has an air conditioning system and a TV. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has a queen size bed. Apartment is ideal for four people, but it can accommodate up to six (queen size sofa bed). Guests have access to free WiFi internet and cable TV.

"Sunny Gallery" is situated in a pedestrian zone so there is no traffic noise. "Senjska" street is connecting central city promenade "Riva" and hill "Marjan". 20m below the apartment is a little city square called "Šperun" which is a location of few top city restaurants, a grocery store and a self service laundry. Little family bakery is located right in front of the building in which apartment is situated.

PARKING:
The apartment is situated in a pedestrian zone so there is no private parking spots available but there are public parking spots 50m from the apartment. Price per hour is 10 kunas (1,5 euros) with maximal time of use of 2 hours. There are public parking spots 15 minutes by walk from the apartment where you could leave your car entire day for a price of 100 kunas (15 euros). 100m from the apartment is a public bus station (line number 12) from where you can directly go to the city beach or tennis courts at "Marjan" hill. There is a taxicab stand at the same spot. Ferry port, central train station and central bus station are within 10 minutes by walk from the apartment.
