Lovely spacious apartment at the start of the Cap d'Antibes located in a prestigous building opposite a sandy beach. Close to a wide range of bars, restaurants, shops, nightclubs and two train stations. Located between Antibes and Juan les Pins which each have totally different characters. Light and airy, with fully equipped kitchen, generous living room with TV, music and internet, separate toilet with washbasin, bathroom with bath and shower and 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin. Terraces front and back with large dining table off the front with view of the sea. The bedrooms terrace looks onto the gardens and has the sun all morning whilst the front terrace gets the sun early evening so it is cool to eat lunch there even in the height of the summe. Communal pool for the residence only. Private parking space outside the front door.
The beach is sandy and gently sloping so that it is safe for children, there are showers there and little stalls selling a wide range of food and drink. Whilst it is a joy to simply stay local and walk along the seafront into the old town of Antibes with its covered food market and myriad shops and restaurants, there are also lots of places nearby both along the coast such as Cannes, Nice, Villefranche as well as lovely hilltop villages such as St Paul de Vence, Biot, Cagnes and Eze.
For sports lovers there are lots of golf courses, sailing, tennis, boules, hiking, water skiing, cycling and in the winter the ski slopes are not far away. There really is something for everyone here.
