Only 15 km from Zadar and Zadar airport - farmhouse with a swimming pool, set in a beautiful scenery surrounded by vineyard, olive fields, woods, chickens and roosters, fruit trees and mighty Velebit mountain range and Novigrad sea a bit further. Perfect example of a country estate in rural Dalmatia, where you can simply wonder away, physically and in your thoughts, as well.

Every morning you can take fresh eggs from the chicken coop or pick some plums from the tree. Make yourself a nice breakfast. Also, there are two quad bikes at your disposal at any time - to enjoy roads in the wilderness.
