The apartment has recently been renovated by the famous Roman architect Luca Pizzolorusso, and it is located on the 1st floor of an ancient building that has an elevator. It is comprised of a big lounge with sofas, a modern and fully-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a table and chairs to eat outside. In the apartment there is a high quality TV with Dvd and AppleTv, Hi-Fi Stereo, Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning to all the rooms, a washing machine with dryer, oven, microwave oven, a docking station for iPhone and iPod and a safe. The excellent, modern furnishings, high quality parquet floors and dècor and high ceilings complete this prestigious apartment in the heart of the historic center of Rome.

- a guide with information about the apartment and the surrounding area such as restaurants (non-touristic), places to visit, and transportation info.

We believe that while in the eternal city you should spend your time exploring the city not looking for things that you may need for the apartment. Our apartments, are provided with dish and hand soap, shampoo, soap and softener for the washing machine, toilet paper, a sewing kit, extra towels and linens and because your safety is important to us, a first aid kit, emergency light, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher.

For fast, convenient transportation to the apartment a limousine service is available for 65 € (all included). Upon your arrival the driver will welcome you at the exit of the baggage claim hall holding a sign with your name on it. To make your journey into the city more enjoyable our limo’s are equipped with free wi-fi connection.
To reserve the limousine, request the service at the time of your booking.

Overnight accommodation tax in Rome
This will apply to anyone staying in overnight accommodation inside Rome’s boundaries. Children under the age of 10 years are exempt from payment.
CITY TAX: 6 euros per person per night max 10 days.

CLEANING FEE: € 70

City tax + cleaning fee: to be paid in cash on the day of your arrival.
