The apartment is located in a small ground-floor house with large terrace, on a plot of approximately 6000 m2, at the entrance to Skrip. The whole house is just at your disposal, there are no other guests. The house is insulated Styrofoam facade, has pvc windows and doors and aluminum shutters. On all windows are mosquito nets. It consists of 3 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms with shower. The plot is landscaped garden with olive and organic fruit trees. From the terrace you can see the sea and the Brac Channel, and breathtaking views of the old place Skrip. This is the perfect place to relax in a secluded, yet accessible and close to everything.
