This apartment is located in the perfect spot, inside the gated Gramacho golf resort near Carvoeiro. This stylish two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor apartment can sleep six people and offers fantastic accommodations for your holiday. There is A/C during the warmer months and heating for those cooler nights during the winter. A/C & heating is located in both bedrooms and in the living room. Upon entrance to the apartment you will find an open kitchen with an island that has two bar seats to have a quick meal or drink. The enclosed patio offers you your space for dining and our table can extend to seat up to six. The lounge has two comfy chairs, as well as a couch that pulls out as a double sofa bed. There is a smart TV, with a wide variety of channels in different languages, as well allowing you to stream your Netflix or Amazon for your enjoyment. For winter lets, there is a cozy wood burning fireplace to enjoy the cooler evenings. From the lounge, there are sliding doors that open to the enclosed patio, where you are able to dine all year round and can enjoy the beautiful gardens and watch the sun set in the evenings. The property sits in front of the well maintained public pool, which is convenient to watch the children or for adults to enjoying sun bathing. This pool is only open to the guests of our small complex.

The large kitchen has plenty of space to cook your meals and is fully equipped for your cooking needs. The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, five burner gas cooktop with electric oven and a washer/dryer combo. For your enjoyment there is a kettle, toaster, as well as the Kotlie 4 in 1 coffee maker that allows you to enjoy a variety of coffee pods. From Dolce Gusto, Nespresso, ESE pods or fresh coffee. With many local supermarkets, as well as fresh produce and fish markets, this kitchen is perfect for your self catering holidays.

There are two bedrooms, the en-suite master has access to the garden area via double doors. Master bedroom can be set up for guests as either one king OR two single beds. This bedroom offers for your holiday comfort A/C or heating, a ceiling fan, large closet, safe, dresser, and en-suite bathroom with shower, heated floors, towel warmer, toilet, and sink. The second bedroom can also be set up for guests as either one king OR two single beds. This room offers for your comfort A/C or heating, a ceiling fan, dresser, closet and doors that open to the back gardens. There is a second bathroom in the hallway that has a walk-in shower, heated floors, towel warmer, toilet and sink. Guests that stay for two weeks or more are offered one complementary cleaning during their stay.

The patio area is fully enclosed and allows you to enjoy eating on the patio during the winter months, or you can open the doors fully and enjoy to dine al fresco during the warmer months. The patio is equipped with a table and six chairs for you to enjoy during your holiday stay. The public pool sits just on the other side of the garden hedges and has a children's pool, and a spacious terrace with loungers and umbrellas. If needed, we provide additional loungers for our guests enjoyment to make sure that you have seating around the pool area. The pool, which is heated during the winter months is the perfect way to enjoy the wonderful evenings in the Algarve.

In addition, there is a covered pool near the clubhouse. There is a daily charge of 4€ to use this pool, however, it's perfect for the cooler months.

This property is in the Gramacho golf resort that has 24hr security and is only a three minute walk to the club house and golf shop. The golf shop reception will help you with restaurant reservations, call a taxi or any other needs that you have. The club house restaurant serves great food, has a bar and a sitting area. The outdoor patio at the restaurant has fantastic views of the golf course and is perfect for a light lunch, dinner, or a cold beer after a round of golf. There is also a great gastropub that is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The name of the pub is Dos Santos. A five minute walk from the apartment there is a small supermarket for guests that need to pick up last minute items. There are larger supermarkets just a few minutes drive from the resort.

High speed Wifi is provided at no cost to our guests, all towels and linens will be provided, along with one pool towel per guest, a portable baby crib, and a table high chair for your convenience.
