About This Property
Our apartment is on the 2nd floor with panoramic sea view.
Our architect took very good care of our needs but mostly she respected our colorfull lives!
It is in the middle of a touristic area, 100m from the nearest sandy beach.
In the ground floor we have a very big courtyard with free parking, barbeque area and a garden with seasonal vegetables.
About 500m away there is a greater organized sandy beach.
Right next to us we have super markets, pharmacy, doctors, shops ect. open 24h a day.
Spacious and illuminated rooms, lightly decorated walls, cool temperatures inside, due to big and numerous openings (no aircontition is needed).
Two verandas for relaxation, one facing north (sea view) and the second facing south (mountain view).
