The focal point of the large, internal courtyard is a picturesque original well. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining in the covered seating area, equipped with table, chairs and a barbecue. The property also features a large (saltwater) swimming pool with pool house (with bathroom, fridge, and outdoor shower), and another outdoor dining area. Traditional pale yellow Apulian stones surround a well-maintained garden of olive trees, orchards, grape vines, meadows, and other natural vegetation.
