Casa Rustica is a brand new 2-bedroom Villa with a lovely private pool, designed with the life experience of the kind owner. Gorgeous sea views from the courtyard, the interior and the spacious balconies of the villa are offered. A sea view private pool with a children corner of 40 sq m, in a plot planted with olive trees, a wineyard, and cypress trees is available to explore.

Casa Rustica is a stone-built villa beautifully located on top of a hill, 6 km from the shingle beach of Maleme, and a 10-minute drive from the sand beach and the town of Platanias. A few taverns and mini markets can be found in a 5-minute driving. The picturesque town of Chania is 20 km away.

A sea view open plan living room area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a fireplace, and a sea view balcony are provided on the pool level. One common shower bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds, which can be converted to a double bed, are also offered on the pool level.

A beautiful staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi shower, and a small wc with a shower. A very nice and spacious balcony with panoramic sea and nature views is offered.

Air-condition in the two bedrooms and the living room area, and wireless internet are provided. A washing machine is available in the common bathroom on the pool level.

Outside, sun loungers and sun umbrellas, a pool shower, a covered barbecue and a traditional oven are offered. A private plot of 5 acres planted with olive trees, a vineyard, and cypress trees is available to explore. The pool can be heated with an additional cost of 210 Euros per week, payable in cash.
