The house is located at 5 minutes from beaches, golf courses, restaurants and nightlife at Puerto Banus and Marbella. It is a fully renovated charming house with 5 bed and bath rooms, a big and open kitchen connected with a great terrace for outside dining in the summer, a separate dining area, a TV room and a large living room. On one side of the house you find a veranda with (salt water) heated pool and sun beds as well as a garden terrace, at the other side of the house you find a lovely characteristic terrace for dining.
