Enjoy the comfort of your holidays at Villa Maria . Villa is located in a peaceful area of beautiful small township Primorski Dolac, which is just 18 km away of UNESCO's city of Trogir. Because of its location it provides to the guests at the same time a lot of privacy and detachment from the city crowd, but also easy access to the city center.

Villa consists of a two separated apartments house with, outdoor barbecue place, indoor fireplace with separated kitchen, playground for a kids and place for outdoor bowling. The villa is placed on a 4000 square meters and it is all fenced. In a each of two separated apartment there is a two bedrooms , kitchen which includes all accessories for eating and food preparation, a living room and a bathroom. In a front of apartments there is a huge sundeck, nice garden and a tavern with our home made wine, which means we have enough space for 8 persons. Surrounded by greenery this holiday home offer you a relaxing atmosphere while facilities like swimming pool with heater, barbecue, fireplace and tavern further contribute to the quality of your vacation. Villa is surrounded by a courtyard with organic garden, which fruits guests can pick and use without any restrictions and payment. Children have enough space for careless play and adults can rest in the shade during hot summer days. I hope you'll enjoy your time here, as we do. There are also plenty of other options for you and your family or friends in one of the three beautiful cities Split, Trogir and Šibenik which are all near Primorski Dolac. If you are interested in sightseeing you should visit antique town of Salona and Diocletian's palace in Split or Kamerlengo castle in Trogir. We also recommend visit to the untouched nature beauties of Krka national park, or if you just want to have a great fun time with your family, you should definitely visit Solaris aquapark or one of many beaches on the coast , all less than 30 minutes drive from the house.
