Achinos villa is a stylish brand new property located on the east coast of the island 2.5 km from the heart of Gaios.
The villa follows the traditional Paxiot architecture and embraces elegance with beautiful interiors, local stone work and high ceilings. It has been furnished and decorated with attention to detail blending minimal contemporary design and art work with antique furniture bought in Athens flea markets.
A large garden area at different levels and spacious terraces with barbecue area and pool offer wonderful opportunities for relaxation and outside dining. There are views through the surrounding olive trees to the sea and the Greek mainland.
Flat bathing rocks are 50 metres away from the villa’s gardens and the nearest beaches are a 3-4 minute walk away.

Location: The gentle bustle of Gaios town with shops, tavernas, bars and harbor is just 5 minutes’ drive away. You can also walk to Gaios, along the coast road in about 20-25 minutes, and it is a lovely walk with wonderful views down the coast and across to the Greek mainland.
