The Villa is set within a beautifully landscaped spacious garden abounding with Mediterranean plants and spacious sunny terraces. The Villa boasts an outdoor pool located in the center of the garden beside which is also the traditional Dalmatian-style konoba (tavern).

The villa is set over three floors – ground-floor, first and second floor. It has three bedrooms, kitchen, dining-room, living-room, two bathrooms, one toilet, a swimming pool – 35 sqm, a tavern, play room – 100sqm private parking (6), and can accommodate 7 persons comfortably.

The first floor houses a spacious apartment which consists of a kitchen, dining-room, living-room, a hall, and toalete, a 100-sqm-terrace. The Villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with modern furniture as well as with the latest technology LCD TV, DVD and Wi-Fi. On the second floor there are three bedrooms which are furnished with double beds,large bathroom, living room and large terrace on the south side. On the ground floor, there is tavern and play room with a bar, pool table, darts,playstation 4 and table tennis.Also villa has its own playground for football and badminton.

The neighborhood

The Villa also offers bicycles, horse riding, kayaking for all those wishing an active holiday.
